Application under Section 528 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for issuing directions for Petitioner?s release from Lampur Detention Centre, Sewa Sadan Complex, Lampur, Delhi. 2.

Learned APP for the State appears on advance Notice. 3.

It is submitted that Petitioner?s passport is valid and he cannot be kept in detention centre indefinitely despite grant of Bail by this Court vide Order dated 28.07.2025.

Petitioner?s contention pertains to FRRO for releasing him, despite him being entitled to release.

Application is disposed of with liberty to Petitioner to file appropriate Petition against the Competent Authority.

No Orders can be granted as sought by the Petitioner in a disposed of Bail Application.
