The accused/applicant seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 25/2026 of PS Geeta Colony for offence under Section 351(2)/65/109 BNS and Section 6 POCSO Act.

Broadly speaking, the allegation against the accused/applicant is that he kidnapped a minor girl and took her to his native village whereafter executing an agreement of marriage, performed marriage with her but later he administered her acid, which killed her.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application. 4.

As requested, the anticipatory bail application and the accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
