The parties, that is, the petitioners and the respondent nos.2 to 6, have amicably settled their inter se disputes and have executed a Memorandum of Family Settlement dated 21.08.2024, recording the terms thereof.

The said Memorandum of Family Settlement is signed by the parties.

The parties are also present in Court, with the respondent nos.5 and 6 being represented by their power of attorney, Ms.Varsha Patil. The parties have been duly identified by their counsels. The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Memorandum of Family Settlement dated 21.08.2024.
