% 21.10.2024 The grievance in this writ petition concerns installation of a cellular tower at the building located at Plot No.l, Block-B, Gopal Nagar, Najafgarh, Delhi - 110043.

Learned counsel for respondent No. 4, which was granted permission for installation of the tower, states that respondent No. 4 does not propose to install the tower at the location in question any longer. The petition has, therefore, been rendered infructuous and is disposed of, alongwith all pending applications.
