% 18.02.2026 CRL.M.A. 5487/2026 (for correction of order dated 11.02.2026) 1.

The petitioners have filed the present application seeking correction of order dated 11.02.2026 passed by this Court, by which the captioned transfer petition was disposed of.

The error pertains to the number of the case to be transferred from Karkardooma Courts, Shahdara District, New Delhi, to Tis Hazari Courts, Central District, New Delhi, which has been erroneously mentioned as "CR No. 5761/2024", whereas it is, in fact, CR Case No. 571/2024 [State v. Mayank Tomar].

The error has arisen on account of a typographical error in the prayer clause of the petition which refers to "CR Cases 5761/2024", whereas the heading and the body of the petition correctly refer to "CR Cases 571/2024".

handed up a printout of the case status from the District Court website, which shows that the criminal case arising out of FIR No. 306/2022, registered at Police Station Anand Vihar, has been numbered as CR Case No. 571/2024. A copy of the case status is taken on record. 5.

In view of the above, the application is disposed of with the direction that reference to "CR Case No. 5761/2024" in the order dated 11.02.2026 will be read as "CR Case No. 571/2024".
