The present Petition seeks to challenge the Award dated 07.09.2019 passed by the District and Sessions Judge, POLC-V, RACC, Delhi [hereinafter referred to as "Impugned Order"]. By the Impugned Order, a direction for reinstatement along with full back wages has been passed by the learned Labour Court, which is the subject matter of challenge by the Petitioner before this Court.

Ms. Ritu Jindal, Managing Trustee of the Petitioner and Smt. Gayatri, Respondent No. 1 are physically present in the Court today. 3.

have reached an amicable settlement in the matter. Learned Counsel submit that the salient terms of the settlement are: (i) The Respondent No. 1 who has been re-employed with the Petitioner since January 2025, shall continue in its employment. (ii) A sum of Rs. 2.5 lakhs which was deposited by the Petitioner and withdrawn by the Respondent No. 1 in terms of Order dated 10.12.2024 passed by this Court shall be retained with the Respondent No. 1, with the consent of the Petitioner.

(iii) The parties agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the settlement.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the parties submit that since the matter between the parties stands settled, nothing survives for further adjudication in the matter and the Petition may be disposed of in view of the settlement between the parties.

The Petition is disposed of in the aforegoing terms. All pending Applications stand disposed of.
