Ms. Manisha Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 2-Canara Bank submits that no Show Cause Notice has been issued to the petitioners and that the accounts of the petitioners have not been classified as 'Fraud'.

Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that if that be the case, the present petition shall be withdrawn. 3.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn along with the pending applications.
