% 28.11.2018 Vide order of 11th August, 2017, it was directed that in the event nothing is found adverse against petitioner in the investigation report, DDA shall execute Conveyance Deed in favour of petitioner. Respondent's counsel has handed over copy of Communication of 27th November, 2018 by respondent-DDA which reveals that the date for execution of Conveyance Deed in respect of flat is fixed for 20th December, 2018.

In view of aforesaid, no further orders are called for. This petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to get it revived in case Communication of 27th November, 2018 is not given effect to by respondent-DDA for any reason whatsoever.
