Regular Second Appeal under Section 100 read with Order XLII of CPC has been filed on behalf of the Appellant for setting aside Orders dated 14.07.2022 and 23.12.2022, whereby Suit of the Respondent / Appellant was decreed in the Sum of Rs.50,000/- along with interest @ 18% per annum from the date of institution of the Suit till its realisation. In addition, Rs.12,500/- had been granted by way of compensation / damages. 2.

First Appeal bearing No.RCA-03/2022 was filed against the said Judgment, whereby learned District Judge uphold the Judgment of learned Civil Court and dismissed the Appeal vide Order dated 14.07.2022. Review Petition was filed on behalf of the Appellant, which also got dismissed on 23.12.2022. After which, present Second Appeal has been filed. 3.

Learned counsel for the Appellant limits his submissions only to reduction of rate of interest, which has been awarded @ 18% per annum. 4.
