By way of present application under Order XXIII Rule 3 CPC filed jointly by the parties thereby seeking to place on record written settlement vide 'Terms of Settlement' annexed with the application as Annexure-A. 2.

Learned counsels appearing for the parties submit that the objections filed by the petitioners through the power of attorney holder, who is present in the Court and has also entered into the settlement agreement. It is stated that the respondent is also represented by Mr. Khurshid Khan, Special Power of Attorney, who is also present in the Court and is identified by his counsel, has likewise signed the Terms of Settlement. 3.

In view of the aforesaid settlement reached between the parties, the Terms of Settlement alongwith the undertakings, be taken on record. It is ordered accordingly.
