The suit has been listed by the Registry today for transfer to the District Courts, as the value of the suit for the purpose of pecuniary jurisdiction is less than Rs. 1 crore.

Plaintiff submits that the defendant is having its office at Barakhamba Road, New Delhi and he was lastly posted at Barakhamba Road office of the defendant, which is also mentioned in para 18 of the plaint. The suit falls within the jurisdiction of New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi.

In terms of the Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 and also in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice, the suit stands transferred to the District Courts.

The parties are directed to appear before the Ld. District Judge (New Delhi), Patiala House Courts, Delhi on 19th December, 2016 for further directions.
