(a) To issue a writ of Certiorari, to quash and set aside the letter dated 15.04.2023 issued by the respondent and grant Compassionate allowance and gratuity to the petitioner as per rule 41 of CCS (Pension Rules) 2021/CCS Pension Rules 1972 ;

(b) Any other order or relief which this Hon‟ble Court deems fit and proper in favour of the petitioner and against the respondents may kindly be given in the interest of justice.

After some submission, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
