% 12.01.2016 Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has carried out the mini draw on 30th December, 2015 and the allotment has been made to the petitioner. It is further submitted that the demand/allotment letter shall be issued to the petitioner in due course. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the allotment made by the respondent to the petitioner, the petitioner does not press the petition. Learned counsel however seeks liberty to approach this Court if the demand/allotment letter not issued within a reasonable time. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Pending applications are disposed of.
