Criminal Miscellaneous Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as „Cr.P.C.‟) has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, Mr. Sandeep Kumar against the Order dated 17.02.2021 vide which the learned Metropolitan Magistrate had directed the registration of the FIR No. 76/2022 dated 26.01.2022 under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Karawal Nagar and which has been upheld by the learned ASJ vide Order dated 18.03.2021.

Learned counsel on behalf of the Respondent No. 2/Complainant, Sh. Shyam Sunder submits that the above said FIR pursuant to these Orders, got registered in which the Closure Report has already been filed on behalf of the State, before the learned Trial Court.

In view of the submissions made, there is nothing which survives in the present Petition.
