Since the matter has been settled, the present suit is taken up for disposal today.

Learned counsel for the parties inform that the matter has been settled between the parties amicably before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide Settlement Agreement dated 9.10.2017.

Terms and conditions of the settlement have been incorporated in the said Settlement Agreement. 2.

It is further informed that the terms and conditions of the settlement have since been complied with by the parties. 3.

Learned counsel for the plaintiffs seeks permission to withdraw the present suit as the matter has been settled before the Mediation Centre.

In view of the above, the suit is dismissed as withdrawn/settled. 5.

Since the matter has been settled before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, the court fee be refunded to the plaintiffs under Section 16 of the Court Fee Act and necessary certificate shall be issued.
