The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, assailing the order dated 06th February, 2026 passed by the learned Execution Court in Ex. No. 167/2025 whereby the application filed by the petitioner/objector under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been dismissed.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail remedies before the appropriate forum.

Keeping in view the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as sought, in accordance with law. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
