The learned counsel named above accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

At this stage, the grievance is primarily apropos inaction of respondent no.1 vis-a-vis. the order of learned Central Government Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court dated 13.04.2017, having rendered the petitioner virtually remediless for the past two years. In the circumstances, the respondent no.1 is directed to treat this petition as the petitioner's representation, accord him a hearing within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and pass appropriate directions within eight weeks apropos implementation of the award. The petition is disposed-off in the above terms. Should the petitioner still have any grievance, liberty is granted to him to approach the Court.
