% 02.03.2020 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR No.134/2018, PS Punjabi Bagh under Sections 279/337 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 in terms of settlement stated to be arrived at at the Delhi Mediation Centre, THC on 04.09.2019 in MACT No.793/2018 and MACT No.794/2018.
It is indicated through the mediation settlement, copies of which are placed on the record dated 04.09.2019 that FIR No.134/2018, PS Punjabi Bagh is one under Sections 279/337/338 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 185 of the Motor Vehicles Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner now seeks to withdraw the present petition. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The withdrawal of the present petition as prayed on behalf of the
petitioner as allowed hereinabove does not amount to any expression on the merits or demerits of the trial in progress before the learned trial Court.
