The Petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:- "a. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, and/or any other appropriate writ, order or direction upon the Respondent No. 1 through S.H.O. P.S. Sultan Puri to get the respondent no. 2 and 3 evicted from the self-acquired property of the petitioner and/or b. or direction upon the Ld. Pass such other and further reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case"

In view of the fact that the Petitioner's husband is paralysed, Respondent No.1/SHO, Police Station Sultanpuri is directed to afford adequate police protection to the Petitioner as and when a complaint is made in accordance with law.

The learned ADM before whom the petition under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act is pending is requested to consider the case as expeditiously as possible. 4.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of along with pending application(s), if any.
