We may note that this appeal has been preferred against the order dated 11.10.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge in EA(OS) 696/2012, in EX.P. 282/2012. Via the said application, the appellants had sought impleadment in the execution proceedings by invoking provisions of Order I Rule 10 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 [in short, "CPC"].
