This order shall dispose of three (03) connected Writ Petitions, wherein identical prayers have been made.

The following prayer is extracted from W.P.(C) 4719/2026, for ready reference:
"A direction to the Standing Screening Committee of the Respondent/CISF at CISF Headquarters, New Delhi to decide the correctness and antecedents of the documents produced by the Petitioners No. 1 to 3, showing proof in support of the fact that no case/FIR is pending against them, within two weeks, as no cases whatsoever are pending against the Petitioners herein;" 3.
As is evident, the only prayer made by the Petitioners is to direct the Standing Screening Committee („SSC‟) of the Central Industrial Security Force („CISF‟) at CISF Headquarters, New Delhi, to decide the correctness and antecedents of the documents produced by the Petitioners, within a period of two (02) weeks. 4.
Learned counsel representing the Respondent though admit receipt of the documents, however, they submit that with regard to some of the candidates, the documents have not been forwarded to the SSC. Be that as it may, once various training centres of CISF have received documents, the responsibility to forward the same lies with the respective offices.

Hence, the present Writ Petitions stand disposed of while directing the SSC to consider the documents positively within six (06) weeks from today.

Further, this Court is compelled to observe that unnecessary litigation is being encouraged on account of inefficient conduct of the Respondents, which should be avoided.
