The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that bail be granted to the petitioner in connection with FIR No. 248/2014 under Sections 376/109/506/34 of the IPC. The petitioner has also been charged under Section 5 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956. The said FIR was registered at the instance of the complainant, who had alleged that she had been beaten and attempts had been made to force her into prostitution. She had alleged that her husband had forced her to make physical relationship with other persons on the threat to her life and the life of her minor daughter.

She had stated that the petitioner along with her son and one other person, came to her home and had pressurised her towards prostitution. She had stated that she did not agree and on her objecting, they had threatened to
throw her minor daughter from the roof. She alleged that the petitioner's son forcibly made physical relation with her after beating her. She had also stated that this was at the instance of the petitioner. 3.
Clearly, the allegations against the petitioner are serious. Nonetheless, it is seen that the petitioner was taken into custody on 16.05.2017 and she has remained in custody for more than two years. 4.
This court is informed that only two witnesses have been examined. However, recording of the evidence of the prosecutrix is complete. 5.
Since material witnesses has been examined and the petitioner has been in custody for more than two years, this Court considers it apposite that the petitioner be released on bail.

It is accordingly directed that the petitioner would be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹15,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Trial Court. This is subject to the petitioner complying with the following conditions: - (i) That the petitioner shall not contact or try to influence any of the witnesses either directly or indirectly.
(ii) The petitioner shall not leave the National Capital Territory of Delhi without approval from the concerned Trial Court. (iii) The petitioner shall provide her full contact details and mobile number and ensure that she is reachable at all times. (iv) The petitioner shall also visit the local police station once every
fortnight.

Needless to state that if any of the foregoing condition is not complied with, the bail granted to the petitioner shall be revoked. 8.
