By way of the present application, the applicant seeks grant of anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 1460/2025, dated 09.12.2025, registered at Police Station Karol Bagh, under Sections 316(4) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2.

After some arguments, Mr. Vidit Anand, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present application. 3.

The present application, alongwith all pending applications, is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
