The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks to assail the order dated 04.08.2022 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal passed in O.A.4644/2015. From a perusal of the impugned order, we find that the learned Tribunal has allowed the original application by following its earlier orders passed in O.As 2995/2014 and 2996/2014. The order passed in O.A. 2995/2014 has been assailed before this Court and is presently subject matter of consideration in W.P.(C) 18/2015.We are, however, informed that the order passed in O.A. 2995/2014 has not been stayed and has consequently been already The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. implemented, albeit subject to outcome of the writ petition. 2.
From a perusal of the impugned order, we find that the learned Tribunal has already made it clear that the relief granted to the respondents would remain subject to the outcome of the aforesaid writ petition wherein the order passed in O.As. 2995/2014 and 2996/2014 has been assailed by the petitioners herein.

In the light of the aforesaid specific directions already issued by the learned Tribunal, we find no reason to interfere with the impugned order. We, accordingly, dispose of the present writ petition by once again making it clear that respondents would remain bound by the order passed in W.P. (C) 18/2015 and W.P.(C) 8264/2016.
