% 15.03.2019 IA 3855/2019 Exemption allowed subject to all just exceptions. OMP(Misc.)(Comm.) 102/2019 This petition has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to pass the Award.

Counsel for the respondent who appears on an advance notice submits that the respondent has no objection if the time for making of the Award is extended by this Court.

Having perused the contents of the petition and no objection expressed by the respondent, the time for making of the Award is extended by a period of three months with effect from 14.03.2019. The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to costs. Dasti.
