The proceedings in this suit were adjourned sine die under Section 10 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 vide order dated 21st January, 2008 with liberty to revive the suit, after the outcome of the suit at Ahmedabad. 2.

Neither party applied for revival and the Registry on its own listed the matter before this Bench on 30th July, 2015, when also none appeared for either of the party; resultantly, court notice was ordered to be issued. 3.

The court notice issued is reported to have been served on the counsel for the plaintiff as well as on the counsel for the defendant. 4.

None appears today also.
