The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, seeks the following prayers:- "a) call for records of RC ARC 26245/16 titled as 'Baldev Raj Nagpal & Ors. Vs. Laxman Prasad Shukla (since deceased) through LRs' from Ld. Trial Court;

b) set-aside/quash 'the impugned Order dated 12.1.2026 passed by Shri Anshul Mehta, Ld. ARC (West) Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, in RC ARC 26245/16 titled as -Baldev Raj Nagpal & Ors. Vs. Laxman Prasad Shukla (since deceased) through LRs' and to allow the applications of the petitioner, which were dismissed by Ld. Trial Court vide impugned order; c) pass any other and further order/ relief(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the petitioner and against the respondents, in the interest of justice." 4.
