This is a writ petition filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- "a. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction and issue appropriate directions thereby directing the Respondent Bank to provide the alleged decision of the Committee dated 10.09.2024 as mentioned in letter dated 11.09.2024;

b. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction and issue appropriate directions thereby directing the Respondent Bank to place the decision taken by the Committee on 10.09.2024 before the Review Committee in The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. terms of Clause 11 of the circular dated 17.03.2016 issued by the Reserve Bank of India; . . ."

Mr. Uppal, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, states that the petitioner is limiting its prayer seeking direction to the learned DRT to decide the S.A. filed by the petitioner being S.A. No. 383/2024. 3.

For the said reasons, issue notice.

Ms. Gupta, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and opposes the present petition.

I am of the view that the request of the learned senior counsel for the petitioner is reasonable as the S.A. of the petitioner is pending for almost 2 years.

The learned DRT is requested to dispose of the S.A. filed by the petitioner being S.A. No. 383/2024, expeditiously and preferably within 6 months from today.

7.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms, along with pending applications, if any.
