By way of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks following prayer :- "i) pass an appropriate writ of mandamus or any other order or direction to Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 to include the offences of forgery, cheating, criminal breach of trust, criminal intimidation Section 463,467,468,406 and 503 of the Indian Penal Code described in the contents of FIR No. 479 dated November 8, 2023 for fair and proper investigation; ii) pass an appropriate writ of mandamus or any other order or direction to Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 for conducting investigation in FIR No. 479 dated November 8, 2023 in time bound manner;"

Learned ASC for the State accepts notice and states that the investigation is still undergoing and charge-sheet would be filed after the investigation.

Considering that the investigation is undergoing, I do not find any ground to entertain the present petition and the same is dismissed along with miscellaneous application.
