Notice in the present petition was issued on 9th April, 2026. 2.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/ MCD submits that a show cause notice was issued on 16th April, 2026, in respect of unauthorized construction on the ground floor, first floor, second floor, third floor and the fourth floor of the property bearing House No. 375, Munirka Village, New Delhi-110067 ('subject property').

Copy of the said show cause notice has been supplied to counsel for private respondents no.2, 3 and 4 in Court.
