Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent-NDMC, on advance notice, submits that a Show Cause Notice was issued on 7th April, 2026. A reply thereto has been received on 16th April, 2026, in which it is stated that the unauthorized construction that has been alleged in the Show Cause Notice has been removed by the respondents no.5 and 6. 2.1 This fact is confirmed by the counsel for respondent-NDMC. 3.

In view thereof, the grievance as raised in the writ petition stands redressed. The petition stands disposed of.

If the petitioner has any further grievance, he is permitted to take appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
