The present appeal has been filed seeking setting aside of the order dated 06.11.2019 passed by the learned A.S.J.-02. (South-West) Dwarka Courts, New Delhi in SC No. 381/2018 titled as "State Vs. Sushila & Ors", wherein the application filed by the appellant seeking cancellation of bail of respondent Nos. 4 to 6 was dismissed. 2.

Mr.

Pracha, learned counsel sates that there are subsequent developments which he will have to bring to the notice of the Court and the same will give him an additional cause of action for setting aside the impugned order.
