The present petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: "a. Issue notice to the respondents.
b. Direct the respondent No. 1 to provide protection to the petitioner in Delhi as the petitioner is living under the shadow of fear of death. c. Pass any other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the given facts and circumstances of the case." 2.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition seeking a writ of Habeas Corpus.
