The petitioner confines her prayer to the extent of directing the competent authority to examine whether the complaint made by the petitioner was properly looked into by the concerned police station. 2.

It is stated that the petitioner filed a complaint against remark/comment on her daughter, who was aged about 11 years on social media by a resident of the same society, where, the petitioner is residing. Despite the complaint, no action was taken.

The petitioner thus submits that if a complaint is raised, it was incumbent upon the concerned police station to properly look into the said grievance. The petitioner fairly submits that as of now, the petitioner does not want any FIR to be registered against the private individual. However, submits that the responsibility must be fixed of the alleged inaction on the part of the police official.

The Court does not deem it appropriate to deal with the submissions or the allegations on merit. However, finds it appropriate to dispose of the instant petition with the direction to the Commissioner of Police to look into the petitioner's limited grievance with respect to alleged inaction on the part of the concerned police official.

Let the petitioner to file a fresh representation along with all necessary documents to the Commissioner of Police within seven days. 6.

Let the Commissioner of Police to deal with the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the representation. 7.

Petition stands disposed of.
