% 22.05.2026 CCP(O) 23/2010 (by plaintiffs under Section 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971) 1.

It is the contempt petition which is pending consideration. Besides that, I.A. 11904/2020 was filed by the petitioners seeking early hearing and disposal of the contempt petition, which is also pending. 2.

However, no one had been appearing on behalf of the petitioners for the past many hearings w.e.f. 07.04.2022.

Even the captioned suit was transferred to the learned District and Sessions Judge (South-East) Saket Courts, Delhi and was registered as CS The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. DJ No.7298/16. Subsequently, the suit was also dismissed in default, as well as, for non-prosecution vide order dated 20.09.2023 passed by the learned ADJ-06/SE/Saket Court/Delhi.

Since the present petition, as well as, the I.A. 11904/2020 are not being prosecuted by the petitioners since 27.04.2022 and there has been no appearance on their behalf since then, the present petition and I.A. 11904/2020, are dismissed in default, as well as, for non-prosecution. 5.

At this stage, Mr. Siddhartha Shankar Roy, CGSC appearing on behalf of defendant no.14/UOI, along with Mr. Manish Rawat, GP, submits that their appearance has been wrongly recorded on behalf of the plaintiffs in the order passed by the learned Joint Registrar on 07.05.2026, however, the same should have been recorded for defendant no.14. The statement is taken on record.
