The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeks the following prayers: - "a. Set aside the Impugned order dated 23.03.2026 passed by the Ld. Family Court-02, South-East, Saket Courts, New Delhi in HMA No. 1142/2019, insofar as it allows the Respondent's Application under Order VII Rule 14 of the CPC, 1908 for bringing additional documents on record at the stage of evidence; b. Exempt the Petitioner from filing typed copy of page 88 of Annexure P-10 in the present petition;
c. Pass any other or further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice."
