The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:

"a) Issue an appropriate direction, thereby quashing and setting aside the impugned order dated 11.02.2026 passed by the Ld. Principal Judge, Family Court, North, Rohini Courts, Delhi in HMA No. 689/18 titled "Pradeep Sagar vs. Aishwarya Katyal";

b) Issue a direction to the Ld. Family Court to prepone the hearing of the case from 27.07.2026 to an early date and further direct the Ld. Family Court to appoint a Local Commissioner to record the remaining evidence of the Respondent's witnesses in a time-bound manner as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court; and/or c) Pass any other or further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on earlier occasion as well vide order dated 07.11.2023 in CM (M) 1814/2023, a similar application was directed by the learned Coordinate Bench to be adjudicated without giving unwarranted adjournments to either of the parties. 4.

the learned Family Court to adjudicate upon the application filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 21B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 read with Section 151 of the CPC on the date so fixed by it, i.e., 27.07.2026 without giving unwarranted adjournments to either of the parties. 5.

The present petition is disposed of.
