% 30.01.2017 The status report filed has been perused. The petitioner has preferred this petition to seek interim bail for a period of 20 days on the ground that the petitioner's mother has to undergo a surgery for removing stones in her kidney. The petitioner is facing trial in case FIR 536/2013 under Section 395/397/412/120B IPC registered at PS Maurya Enclave. The status report discloses that the petitioner's mother did not report for admission to the hospital so that she could be operated upon. She was to report in the hospital on 20.01.2017.

The petitioner's mother is only 42 years of age and she also has a son who is 16 years of age. There is no reason why she did not report at the

hospital for her admission. Since the interim bail was sought in view of the impending surgery of the mother, the said ground is not available as of now since no date of surgery has been fixed. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
