Mr. Anil Grover, learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI, accepts notice and submits at the outset that there is no objection to grant BAIL APPLN. 618/2020

anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Heard.

The application is allowed. Without commenting on the merits of the case, it is directed that in the event of arrest, petitioner-Manish Kumar Garg, s/o Shri R.K.Garg be admitted to bail subject to his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two local sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer concerned. Needless to say if the petitioner fails to join or cooperate in the investigation, the respondent/CBI shall be at liberty to get this order revoked.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
