The present application is filed seeking interim bail in order to enable the applicant to sell his agricultural land. 2.

At the outset, it is pointed out by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State that the trial has already completed and the case is now listed for pronouncement of judgment on 16.05.2024.

In view of the above, this Court does not consider it apposite to entertain the present bail application and the same is dismissed.
