It is clarified that the Court has not examined the merits of the case. All rights and contentions of the parties are left open. 4.
It is further clarified that Petitioner's request for exemption from personal appearance shall be considered by the Trial Court on its own merits, having regard to the fact that Petitioner undertakes to appear before the Trial Court on each and every date through counsel and through video conferencing mechanism.
