% 18.12.2018 Learned counsel for the Plaintiff submits that suit no.428/1999 which was transferred to the District Court has now been dismissed. He submits that he would be taking steps to revive the said suit, which was erroneously dismissed as the same had been decreed and only an application for setting aside the decree by Defendant was pending. He submits that the Plaintiff being very old had not followed up in the suit and he has contacted him. Let the Decree Holder take steps to revive the suit. The execution petition is disposed of with the observation that if the decree is reinstated, the Decree Holder has liberty to revive the present petition. PRATHIBA M. SINGH, J DECEMBER 18, 2018 Rahul
