Petitioner herein seek quashing of FIR No. 0009/2023 dated 06.02.2023, registered at Cyber Police Station, for commission of offence under Section 420 IPC, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

However, it is apprised by learned APP for State that the present petition does not survive anymore as the matter has been compounded amicably on 21.02.2026.

Learned counsel for petitioner also submits that the case is no longer pending before the learned Trial Court as the request for composition of offence has been entertained and allowed by the learned Trial Court on 21.02.2026 and, therefore, nothing is left in the present matter to be adjudicated upon.

In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of, as having become infructuous.
