The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed impugning the order dated 16.01.2024 passed by the learned ADJ01, West, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in Civ DJ 8340/16 titled as ―Sharda Duggal Vs. Rakesh Duggal and Anr.‖, whereby the learned Trial Court dismissed the application under Order VII Rule 11 read with Section 151 CPC moved by the petitioner herein.
