% 02.03.2020 This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to impugn the demolition/sealing order against property Flat No.2161, Sector-B, Pocket 2, 2, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi.

It was put to learned counsel for the petitioner that the orders in question are appealable before the ATMCD. He submits that no copy of the orders passed under section 343 and 344 of DMC Act has been supplied to the petitioner and he is unable to avail the remedy. Let the learned counsel for the respondent give a copy of the said orders to learned counsel for the petitioner by tomorrow. Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to thereafter approach the ATMCD. The respondent may not take coercive steps for one week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. A copy of this order be given dasti under the signature of the Court Master.
