At the very outset, Mr. Vikas Shamra, learned counsel for petitioner states that the execution petition in question, has already been decided and against such final order, he has already filed an Execution First Appeal before this Court. 2.

He states that in view of the aforesaid, he does not wish to press the present petition and seeks to withdraw the same.
