The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act seeks the following prayers:

"i.

Initiate appropriate contempt of court proceedings against the contemnor for disobeying the joint statement made, on and order dated 15.10.2019 by the Hon'ble.Court of Dr. Sudhir Kumar Jain, Principal Judge Family Courts, Rohini Delhi in HMA No. 2255/2019 ii.

Any other orders which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper be passed in favour of the applicant and against the contemnor;"
