The suit filed by plaintiff was finally disposed of vide judgement dated 08.11.2016. The original documents reportedly filed by plaintiff are no more required for any purpose by this Court. Plaintiff has already submitted certified copies of the original documents.

In the application, the plaintiff has undertaken that he will produce the original documents as and when directed by the Court. In view of above, the application in hand moved by plaintiff is hereby allowed. The original documents which are on record be returned to plaintiff as per rules.

IA stands disposed of accordingly.
