% 19.05.2026 CONT.CAS(C) 466/2024 & CM APPL.34050/2026 (for cancellation of NBWs against R-1 directed vide order dated 15.04.2026) 1.

Pursuant to the NBWs issued on the previous date of hearing, against the respondent, the respondent has been produced in the Court today. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent has furnished a Bank Draft of Rs.3,00,000/- payable to the petitioner in partial compliance with the direction contained in the order dated 24.12.2022 passed in MT No. 18/2022. The said Bank Draft has been handed over to the petitioner and a copy of the same is reproduced as under:

Concededly, the outstanding amount due and payable to the petitioner is to the tune of Rs.5,20,000/-. Out of the same, Rs.3,00,000/- has been furnished by way of the above Bank Draft.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, that the remaining outstanding amount of Rs.2,20,000/- shall be paid on or before 14.08.2026. The same shall cover arrears upto May, 2026. 5.

It is undertaken that the monthly maintenance with effect from June, 2026 shall be paid regularly and without fail, before the 7th day of every month. 6.

The aforesaid undertaking is taken on record. 7.

It is agreed that the breach of the aforesaid undertaking shall entail severe action against the respondent as contemplated under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for committing wilful disobedience of the undertaking given to this Court.

The present petition stands disposed of in the above terms. 9.

As the respondent is produced before this Court today pursuant to the NBWs issued on the previous date of hearing, the respondent is directed to be immediately released from judicial custody. Let a copy of this order be supplied to the concerned SHO and the Jail Superintendent. 10.

The presence of the SHO, who has produced the respondent in the Court today, is taken on record.

Let a copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
