% 10.04.2026 By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks to set aside the order dated 20.12.2025, by which the learned Appellate Court dismissed his application seeking exemption from the deposit of 20% of the fine amount, as mandated under Section 148 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition.

Accordingly, the petition, alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn.
